Unlike standard multi-stop routes, your VIP booking means your courier is focused exclusively on your requirements, ensuring a direct and streamlined experience. Service Parameters To maintain the highest level of speed and efficiency, the following conditions apply to all VIP Express bookings: Direct Transit: Only one pick-up location and one drop-off location applies. This ensures no diversions or delays for other customers. Capacity: We will accept up to two items per VIP booking. Safety & Compliance: You must notify us at the time of booking if cold chain requirements apply or if we are carrying dangerous goods. This allows us to prepare the necessary safety protocols or specialized handling equipment. Our Speed Commitment We understand that every minute counts. We will do our best to have your items picked up and delivered within two hours. Please note that while we prioritize these bookings above all others, customers are booking with the understanding that circumstances such as force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) or unforeseen circumstances (severe traffic accidents or road closures) may impact transit times. Cancellation Policy
North Coogee Couriers: Booking Policy By booking with North Coogee Couriers (the "Company"), the Customer agrees to these Terms: 1. Accuracy & Packaging The Customer is responsible for ensuring all delivery details (addresses, phone numbers) are correct. All items must be packaged securely for transit. The Company is not liable for damage resulting from insufficient packaging or incorrect labeling. 2. Prohibited Items We do not carry hazardous, illegal, or combustible materials, including explosives, firearms, or dangerous chemicals. We reserve the right to inspect any parcel and refuse service for items deemed unsafe or improperly declared. 3. Weights & Dimensions Quotes are based on the weight and dimensions provided at booking. If the actual size exceeds the declared amount, the Company reserves the right to charge the difference plus an administration fee. 4. Delivery & Redelivery Authority to Leave: Unless a signature is requested, our drivers may leave parcels in a "safe place." Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery. Access: If a delivery fails due to locked gates, unrestrained pets, or incorrect addresses, a Redelivery Fee will apply in the amount of $35. Delays: Transit times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control. 5. Limitation of Liability Standard Liability: Our liability for loss or damage is limited to $100 per consignment unless additional transit insurance is purchased. Consequential Loss: The Company is not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit or business opportunities, resulting from delays or damage. Claims: Damage claims must be lodged in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Loss claims must be made within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. 6. Cancellations & Payments Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup window may incur a cancellation fee. All invoices must be settled according to the agreed payment terms. Unpaid accounts may result in a suspension of services. 7. Right to Refuse The Company reserves the right to refuse the carriage of any goods at its sole discretion.
